- Double walled and treated with double-sided copper coating prior to rolling
- Double annealed for improved workability and easy bending
- .028" tubing wall meets or exceeds OE specification for brake line tubing
- Protected with zinc plating and polymer PVF coating to help shield against the corrosive effects of road abrasion and road treating chemicals
- Used as Original Equipment tubing by VW/Audi, Mercedes, Toyota and Honda
- Zinc plating thickness specification ≥ 13μm (1.013mm) - manufactured to 13.7-14.4μm (0.0137-0.0144mm)
- PVF coating thickness specification ≥ 15μm (0.015mm) - manufactured to 20-22μm (0.02-0.022mm)
