Item # 4554M, Ford 1/2" x 18mm x 1.50 Transmission Oil Cooler Fitting Repair Line Set (15")

Designed to replace Ford's original steel tubing to transmission oil cooler quick connector which over time corrodes at the radiator cooler connection.  The repair kit can also be used to repair quick connectors and corroded lines found on HD vehicles using an external transmission filter and an external cooler.   

Problem:
The Original Equipment Manufacturer for these applications does not offer transmission oil cooler fittings separately and require you to purchase the complete radiator assembly.

Solution:
FMSI Automotive Hardware has designed a complete repair kit, from the fitting back to the OEM line. Each kit includes an oil cooler fitting, pre-bent cupro nickel line & 360º seal compression union.  The repair is simple, quick and clean.

- 1/2" line in, with 18mm x 1.50 fitting thread into radiator
- Repair set includes fitting with o-ring, pre-bent 1/2" cupro nickel line (12" length), 360º seal compression union and helpful repair instructions
